four walls

peplum top - self made
skirt - vintage, gift
shoes - peacocks
belt - new yorker

you're going to see a lot
of this shooting location
..
it's just a few minutes away from my apartment
and it's sort of private
so i don't feel awkward
with my tripod and everything
..
it's outside, so there's plenty of natural light
but at the same time
it's inside, as i have four walls around me
..
it's also creepy, which is my favorite quality of this place..
there is trash everywhere
and crazy amount of broken mannequins
and i find it quite amusing
to be surrounded
with all the crumbled legs and torsos and feet and heads
while taking my pics..
somehow, it helps me relax
..

  2. You are a colour genius and I want to rip that top off of you (literally or not) and wear it every damned day. Happy you found a little hidey spot. I used to take them in the alley behind my house until I caught my neighbor spying on me out his kitchen window. Gotta find a new place soon.

  4. I like the way two-tone blouse created a graphic silhoette. This is a dominant theme in many SS2013 collections.

    1. thanks.. i'm obsessed with graphic at the moment.. creating my own fabrics these days, my house is a mess, but i hope it's going in good direction (had no idea about new collections, have to try catching up a bit, i for sure can use some inspiration)

  5. Well, it's only natural that an archeologist is most comfortable when surrounded by ruins and body parts!

    Gorgeous as always.

    1. that's a mystery to me, sis.. i think they have found me, not the other they around..
i'm on peplums craze, and just minutes away from peplum-embellishing my undies, hats, bags and desserts

    1. i'm sure you can find it, it just requires a bit of research.. i live in this apartment for 8 years, and i've only recently discovered this place (it was there all those years, but i never noticed it, cause i never needed it earlier)
