cursed mountains











leggings (and top and shorts) - self made

just got back from my mountain trip..
spent a fabulous week on prokletije in montenegro 
camping and hiking and climbing 
with nikola and friends (and their kids..
and their bichon bolognese
called leo, that you can see in one of the pics)
..
made bunch of clothes for the trip
and planned to shoot all that clothes while there
but i pretty much failed..
i was having way too much fun
and photo shoots looked like such a pain in the ass at the moment
..
i did, however, menage to find few pics of me
wearing my favorite leggings ever!
such a shame that the fabric is sold out
i kind of wanna make 2 more pairs of identical leggings
so i can wear them when these fall apart
..

    you look like a wild mountain flower. that view is magnificent, and demands that you play in it sans sewing styling... when i visit, can we go to mountains?

      oh you must visit, and i'll take you everywhere.. to mine and nikola's home town mountains.. and to this glorious mountain in montenegro, that is my favorite place on earth.. and we can stop by to the sea as well :)
      and, speaking of flowers, i've never seen such a diversity of wild flowers as this years, and in all colors imaginable! amazing

      thanks :) all those climbing clothes are always black from some reason, why not bring some color to all that blackness :)

    I WANT TO GO TO THERE!!!! That looks like the best trip of all time, and I love the idea of your traipsing through the mountains in those technicolor tights!

      it was one of the best trips of all time.. looks similar in croatia too, if you visit this summer you can enjoy some of that (and nikola and i plan to go to croatia latter this summer, maybe we can meet somewhere, how fun would that be?!)

    Ok, I'm not going to use profanity in my first comment on your blog ever. I EFFING love those leggings. Sweet fancy moses lady, I've seen lots of beautiful kaleidoscope colored garb but I cannot keep my mouth shut over the leggings. Of all things, right? Thank goodness you gave in to pants!

      thanks, clare.. i don't think i can send you that link, because there is no such link.. those are just some abandoned buildings that we took pics of, while visiting springs.. place is called alipasini izvori, or ali pasha's springs, and is located on prokletije massif in montenegro..
