i'm on vacation for almost a month now
traveling through herzegovina and southern croatia
(gonna write a post about the trip, once i'm back home)
and my nikon broke right before the trip
so 10 years old olimpus point and shoot had to take the lead
..
made bunch of casual comfy clothes for the trip
there was lot of camping involved, so it's all just really simple stuff
racer back tops and jersey shorts
that kind of thing..
and one dress, just in case we get to go somewhere fancy
..
 made another pair of my favorite pants for the trip
(burda magazine 7/2011, mod 102
previous versions here and here)
this time in super light and wrinkle free fabric
some sort of man-made fabric, but comfy and soft nonetheless
..
not much to say about the top 
(or tops, since i've made 3 using the same burda pattern)
it's so simple and fast make
and although it doesn't look like much
i wore it a bunch, and it's one of my favorite tops to date
..

    The pants are amazing! I love the fabric. And the slouchy cut of the tank top complements them really well.

      thanks, sara.. fabric was a souvenir from a previous trip, so these pants are even more dear to me because of that.. and this type of tops become my favorite this summer, it's pretty much what i wore for months (only in different colors, and with different pants/shorts)

      thanks, sallie dear :) it's my dream uniform as well.. and now i need to find what's my autumn/winter uniform, cause it's almost too cold for this type of outfits :(

    mnogo je dobar materijal koji si koristila za pantalone! izgleda kao da si uzela domestos i sama pravila saru ;) mozda bih mogla tako nesto da isprobam, ako nadjem neki crni ili teget materijal za zrtvovanje :D

      hvala! materijal je jedan od suvenira iz novog sada, kad svratis kod mene ima da ti pokazem ostatak ulova.. a mozda se nekad domognemo dovoljno novaca da otputujemo u soping turu do n. sada po jos :) mada, verujem da ces ti uz pomoc domestosa da izmajstorises nesto slicno :)

      thanks, sonja! sandals kind of inspired the pants, i needed something casual to wear with them, so i can wear them more often :)

      it is a bit ridiculous how fast i tan, no matter what spf i use :) i used to fight that for many years, now i just give up and embrace that chocolaty tan i get..
      and, i totally had your travel wardrobe planning post on mind when planning mine, just simplified it quite a bit (my travel was a month long, and in mediteranean climate, so only lightweight summery garments were in order)

      thanks, lisa.. they really are quite comfy.. and i find the pattern to be very classic chic, maybe you can make them in solid color, so you can wear them regrdless of trends :)
